A skateboard for behind the boat......Surfskates allow for the most technical of skate influenced tricks while still being able to surf on a rail. The diminished rocker gives speed with ease and drives as soon as you stand up. the symmetrical outline and extremely short length gives the board a tight radius on both standard and varial rotations and allows for tighter turns on small snappy waves. The added volume and double concave between the fins helps to launch off the water and remain stable when landing. The grab rails not only make "grabs" easier but increase the ability to do flip tricks. Shaped and designed by Rick Rock with the input and feedback from Josh Sleigh combined with the Flexlite construction Placebo has developed the ultimate skateboard for the ocean. Fish are the past....this is the future. The 5'0" is typically ridden by surfers in the 140-180lbs range.
